Heidi Cho, an architect and urban planner, is passionate about community-based placemaking. She holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and pursued urban planning at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Following her studies, Heidi served as a town planner for the Town of Hanover, MA, sparking her interest in community-centric urban spaces and placemaking. Returning to her birthplace, Seoul, South Korea, in 2019, she founded the Domansa Urbiculture Lab. Domansa engages in research, publishes works on urban space in South Korea, and drives action-oriented projects for enhanced local livability through a diverse and inclusive placemaking approach.
